MY READING:

For the past few years I've been reading mostly Cozy Mysteries... But have also found time to fit in a few Romantic Suspence, Chick Lit and Paranormal from time to time.

Some of my favorite authors are Nora Roberts, Joanne Fluke, Monica Ferris, Maggie Sefton, Nancy Atherton, Diane Mott Davidson, Judith McNaught, Dinah McCall, Iris Johansen, Janet Evanovich, Victoria Laurie, MaryJanice Davidson, VC Andrews

A while back I decided it would be nice to read a few classics and high school recommended reading that was never required reading for me when I was actually in school... I really enjoyed Watership Down by Richard Adams, Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes & The Perks of being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky.  I also read Tom Sawyar, Huckleberry Finn, The Scarlett Letter, House of the Seven Gables and a few others. 

MY TV VIEWING:

My 2 daytime soaps I won't miss are General Hospital & As the World Turn

For Prime time I've been enjoying Don't Forget the Lyrics, Ghost Whisperer, Bones, Medium, & Army Wives.   I'm also always looking forward to a new season of Nashville Star & Dancing with the Stars... But you won't see me watching any other type of Reality TV. 

My MUSIC:

Country music.. especially Vince Gill, Trisha Yearwood and also LeAnn Rimes, Martina McBride, Sugarland, Rascal Flatts, Lonestar, Kenny Chesney, Mark Wills and Keith Urban. 

I also still love listening to the music I loved in the 80's & 90's, especially soft rock.. and enjoy some 50's, 60's and 70's soft rock as well. 

When I'm reading or in a nice bubble bath (with candles of course! haha) I enjoy listening to Kenny G., Dave Koz  &  Jim Brickman

RANDOM THINGS I LIKE:

Anything Purple or with a Butterfly on it!  :)  I collect a lot of things with butterflies on them.

Lavendar, Cherry, Citrus, & Apple scented body sprays and/or candles

Flavored teas like Apple cinnamon, Eggnog (bigelow), Almond, Cherry, Earl Gray... anything with a lighter flavor.

Milk Chocolate .. especially truffles (like Lindts) but also milky way, snickers and 3 musketeers 

Love holiday decorations.. espcially Halloween & Easter.

ALLERGIES:

anything with the smell of smoke sets off my asthma (and turns my stomach lol)

pet dander (especially cats) - which is a bummer for me since I love cats, but I have a dog with hair -not fur- and we get along just fine :)

citronella (the candles used outdoors to chase away bugs)

some strong perfumes (the lighter scents don't bother me for some reason)
